How to Book

Bookings are accepted by telephone using Credit Card details or by post. A deposit by cheque or credit card details are require to secure a booking.

Details and bookings can be confirmed by us via fax (should you require).

At this time we are unable to accept bookings over the Internet or by e-mail.

Booking Conditions:
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking by either Debit or Credit card.
Payment by cheque is also accepted provided that the cheque clears one week prior to your stay.

Cancellation Fees
If you wish to cancel your booking with us, we do require 7 days notice.
If 7 (seven) days or more notice is given then your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of £10 per room per night.

Failure to give 7 (seven) days notice will result in the full amount of your reserved stay being charged.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.

There are no refunds or discounts for early departures.
